Wheelchair Services Survey

Give us your views on wheelchair services

Have you or someone you care for or support used the Wheelchair Service in Cambridgeshire or Peterborough? If so, NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board (ICB) are seeking your views and experiences.

To help shape the future of these services we are asking local people, their families/carers and health and social care professionals to share their views by taking part in our online survey.

The survey will be open until 11pm on Monday 27 May 2024. https://forms.office.com/e/Q5QC8ceQnU 

Your feedback and thoughts will help us with the procurement process for wheelchair services locally.
